I started Thornwood Goods in a converted barn because I got tired of making things that nobody would ever really see or touch. I wanted to know the person on the other end—to understand what a mug means to them, or why a leather bag needs to fit their particular life. So I stopped taking orders I didn't have time to pour my heart into. Now every ceramic bowl, every hand-stitched wallet, every serving board that leaves this studio carries the weight of actual attention. No two pieces are identical. You're not buying inventory; you're commissioning something that exists because you asked for it. That matters to me, and I think it matters to people who use these things every single day.
